UCBMSCCult OTS là môi trường nuôi cấy tế bào gốc trung mô từ máu cuống rốn được sản xuất dưới dạng dung dịch màu vàng nhạt, trong suốt, đóng chai nhựa dung tích 500 mL, sử dụng trực tiếp, không cần bổ sung huyết thanh hoặc các yếu tố tăng trưởng khác. Môi trường không chứa thành phần có nguồn gốc từ động vật, không chứa kháng sinh và kháng nấm. Khi sử dụng, cần xử lý bề mặt dụng cụ nuôi bằng các protein bám dính như gelatin, fibronectin, v.v…

Description
UCBMSCCult OTS is a medium for culturing umbilical cord blood-derived mesenchymal stem cells. It is supplied as a clear, pale-yellow solution in 500 mL plastic bottles and is ready for direct use without the need for supplementation with serum or additional growth factors. The medium is free from animal-derived components, antibiotics, and antimycotics. For optimal use, culture vessel surfaces should be treated with cell-attachment proteins such as gelatin, fibronectin, etc.
