Mục đích sử dụng
Transferring medium là dung dịch vận chuyển mô/mẫu như mô mỡ, cuống rốn, mô da… phục vụ cho quá trình sản xuất các sản phẩm tế bào.
Mô tả
Nhằm duy trì chất lượng của tế bào trong mô, dung dịch được bổ sung chất dinh dưỡng, hệ đệm HEPES giúp duy trì độ pH và kháng sinh-kháng nấm để ức chế sự phát triển của vi khuẩn và nấm.
Đây là dung dịch vô khuẩn (0 CFU), không chứa mycoplasma, có nội độc tố ≤ 1 EU/mL, pH 7,0 - 7,8 và áp suất thẩm thấu 286 – 356 (mOsm/kg).

Purpose of use
The Transferring Medium is a tissue and specimen transport solution intended for the transportation of samples such as adipose tissue, umbilical cord tissue, skin tissue, and other tissues for use in the manufacturing of cell-based products.
Description
To maintain cell quality within tissues, the solution is supplemented with nutrients, a HEPES buffering system to maintain pH, and antibiotics and antifungal agents to inhibit bacterial and fungal growth.
The solution is sterile (0 CFU), Mycoplasma-free, has an endotoxin level of ≤ 1 EU/mL, a pH range of 7.0–7.8, and an osmolality of 286–356 mOsm/kg.
