PBS OTS là sản phẩm dùng trong rửa tế bào với hàm lượng nội độc tố thấp phù hợp cho sản xuất tế bào trị liệu.
Mô tả
PBS OTS is a solution used for cell washing in the processes of cell-based product manufacture with low-endotoxin level (≤ 0.5 EU/mL). It is mycoplasma-free, sterilized (0 CFU) and has a pH range of 7.2 – 7.7, osmotic pressure of 265 – 310 (mOsm/kg).
PBS OTS demonstrates efficient cell washing for various cell culture applications, including pre-dissociation cell washing, cell dilution for cell counting, and preparation of test compounds.
