MSC Coating Reagent B được sử dụng để phủ bề mặt của các dụng cụ nuôi cấy (đĩa, bình) khi nuôi cấy tăng sinh tế bào gốc trung mô từ máu cuống rốn hoặc tủy xương người.
MSC Coating Reagent B là vật liệu phụ trợ sử dụng trong quy trình nghiên cứu, phát triển và sản xuất sản phẩm trị liệu tế bào và gen.
Mô tả
Khi nuôi cấy tế bào gốc trung mô từ tủy xương người hoặc máu cuống rốn trong điều kiện không bổ sung huyết thanh bò thai (FBS), các tế bào bám dính yếu lên bề mặt dụng cụ nuôi cấy. Do đó, việc phủ các yếu tố hỗ trợ bám dính lên bề mặt dụng cụ để tăng khả năng gắn kết của tế bào gốc trung mô là một bước quan trọng cho sự tăng sinh tế bào.
Dung dịch MSC Coating Reagent B được thiết kế với thành phần và nồng độ phù hợp để phủ bề mặt, hỗ trợ nuôi cấy cả hai loại tế bào gốc trung mô từ tủy xương và máu cuống rốn; đặc biệt khi sử dụng các hệ thống nuôi cấy do Regenmedlab phát triển như: BMMSCCult Primary, BMMSCCult, BMMSCCult OTS Primary, BMMSCCult OTS, UCBMSCCult Primary, UCBMSCCult, UCBMSCCult OTS Primary và UCBMSCCult OTS.

Purpose of use
MSC Coating Reagent B is intended for coating the surfaces of cell culture vessels (e.g., dishes and flasks) during the expansion of human mesenchymal stem cells derived from umbilical cord blood or bone marrow.
MSC Coating Reagent B is an ancillary material for use in the research, development, and manufacturing of cell and gene therapy products.
Description
During the culture of human mesenchymal stem cells derived from bone marrow or umbilical cord blood under fetal bovine serum (FBS)-free conditions, cells exhibit weak adherence to culture vessel surfaces. Therefore, coating the culture surface with adhesion-promoting factors to enhance mesenchymal stem cell attachment is a critical step for cell expansion.
MSC Coating Reagent B is formulated with appropriate components and concentrations to coat culture surfaces and support the cultivation of mesenchymal stem cells derived from both bone marrow and umbilical cord blood, particularly when used with culture systems developed by Regenmedlab, including BMMSCCult Primary, BMMSCCult, BMMSCCult OTS Primary, BMMSCCult OTS, UCBMSCCult Primary, UCBMSCCult, UCBMSCCult OTS Primary, and UCBMSCCult OTS.
