Purpose of use
Regenmedlab MNC Kit is designed for the isolation of mononuclear cells (MNCs) from umbilical cord blood, bone marrow, and peripheral blood. The kit employs a density gradient centrifugation method using Ficoll solution with a density of 1.077 g/mL, combined with a separation gel, to facilitate efficient and reliable separation of mononuclear cells from other blood components.

Regenmedlab MNC Kit is a specialized cell isolation kit developed for the efficient separation of mononuclear cells (MNCs) from umbilical cord blood, bone marrow, and peripheral blood. The kit incorporates an advanced gel-assisted density gradient separation technology, providing a simple, rapid, and highly efficient isolation process.
The porous separation gel, preloaded into the separation tubes, forms a stable barrier during centrifugation, enabling effective separation of mononuclear cells from granulocytes and erythrocytes. This innovative design simplifies the isolation procedure while improving reproducibility and ease of operation.
The kit has been successfully validated for the isolation of mononuclear cells from both bone marrow and umbilical cord blood samples.
