Washing Buffer được chỉ định dùng để rửa tế bào hoặc mô nhằn loại bỏ dư lượng môi trường nuôi, huyết thành, máu và các tạp chất hoà tan trước các thao tác tiếp theo (ví dụ: tách tế bào, pha loãng để đếm, chuẩn bị mẫu trước nuôi cấy). Sản phẩm phù hợp cho quy trình nuôi cấy và xử lý tế bào trong nghiên cứu và sản xuất.
Mô tả
Washing Buffer là dung dịch rửa tế bào, trong suốt, không màu, được đóng trong chai nhựa 50 mL, 100mL hoặc 500 mL. Công thức được bổ sung glucose giúp tăng cường khả năng sống sót của tế bào, đồng thời kết hợp giữa hai hệ đệm pH (phosphate và HEPES) để duy trì môi trường ổn định. Sản phẩm không chứa phenol red, huyết thanh hay protein có nguồn gốc từ động vật, đảm bảo an toàn và phù hợp cho nhiều ứng dụng tế bào học. Dung dịch được cung cấp ở dạng sẵn dùng, ổn định khi bảo quản ở nhiệt độ mát.

Description
Washing Buffer is a cell washing solution that is clear and colorless, supplied in plastic bottles with fill volumes of 50 mL, 100 mL, or 500 mL. The formulation is supplemented with glucose to enhance cell viability and incorporates two pH buffering systems (phosphate and HEPES) to maintain a stable environment.
The product does not contain phenol red, serum, or animal-derived proteins, ensuring safety and suitability for a wide range of cell-based applications. The solution is provided as a ready-to-use formulation and is stable when stored under refrigerated conditions.
