Mô tả

Biotherapie LR-PRF Tube là ống dùng để chế tạo chế phẩm fibril giàu tiểu cầu với giàu bạch cầu. Ống sử dụng công nghệ li tâm đẳng tỉ trọng kết hợp làm lạnh trong suốt quá trình li tâm nên kiểm soát tốt quá trình li tâm và loại bỏ hầu hết hồng cầu. Phân đoạn fibril giàu tiểu cầu được tách rõ ràng với lớp tế bào hồng cầu nhờ lớp gel phân tách.

Đặc tính:

• Thể tích máu: 10-12 mL/ống

• Lượng tiểu cầu thu được/kit: 1,0-1,5 tỉ tiểu cầu

• Hiệu suất thu hồi: > 90%

• Phân nhóm PRF: LR PRF

• Loại bỏ: > 50% bạch cầu, > 99% hồng cầu

Description

The Bioterapie LR-PRF Tube is used for the preparation of platelet-rich and leukocyte-rich fibrils. The tube utilizes isodensity centrifugation technology combined with cooling throughout the centrifugation process, ensuring good control and removal of most red blood cells. The platelet-rich fibril fraction is clearly separated from the red blood cell layer by a separation gel.
