Biotherapie LP-PRF Tube là bộ sản phẩm dùng chế tạo fibril giàu tiểu cầu với nghèo bạch cầu.

Mô tả

Biotherapie LP-PRF Tube là ống dùng để chế tạo chế phẩm fibril giàu tiểu cầu với một ít bạch cầu. Ống sử dụng công nghệ li tâm đẳng tỉ trọng kết hợp làm lạnh trong suốt quá trình li tâm nên kiểm soát tốt quá trình li tâm và loại bỏ hầu hết hồng cầu. Phân đoạn fibril giàu tiểu cầu được tách rõ ràng với lớp tế bào hồng cầu nhờ lớp gel phân tách.

Đặc tính:

• Thể tích máu: 10-12 mL/ống

• Lượng tiểu cầu thu được/kit: 1,0-1,5 tỉ tiểu cầu

• Hiệu suất thu hồi: > 80%

• Phân nhóm PRF: LP PRF

• Loại bỏ: > 80% bạch cầu, > 99% hồng cầu

Purpose of use

The Biotherapie LP-PRF Tube is a product kit used to prepare leukocyte-poor, platelet-rich fibrin.

Description

The Biotherapie LP-PRF tube is used to produce a platelet-rich fibrin product containing few leukocytes. The tube utilizes refrigerated centrifugation technology to precisely control the process and eliminate the majority of red blood cells; a separation gel layer clearly distinguishes the platelet-rich fibrin fraction from the red blood cell layer.
