Mô tả

Bioreactor Washing Buffer là dung dịch đệm thường được sử dụng trong nhiều công đoạn của quy trình mở rộng quy mô nuôi cấy tế bào gốc trung mô (MSC), như mồi hệ thống bioreactor (priming), rửa bioreactor, rửa tế bào và thu hoạch tế bào.

Bioreactor Washing Buffer được cung cấp dưới dạng môi trường pha sẵn (Ready-to-use).

Trong nhiều công đoạn của quá trình mở rộng quy mô nuôi cấy tế bào gốc trung mô, tế bào phải được thao tác ngoài điều kiện sinh lý bình thường. Bioreactor Washing Buffer giúp duy trì khả năng sống của tế bào trong khoảng thời gian ngắn trong quá trình này.

Việc sử dụng Bioreactor Washing Buffer trong quy trình mở rộng quy mô nuôi cấy tế bào gốc trung mô giúp làm chậm quá trình lão hóa tế bào so với việc sử dụng PBS hoặc không sử dụng dung dịch rửa.
